Introductions
My name is Leah Johnson. It is an honor to have someone reading my blog.
I just want to go over some housekeeping things before I write about the good stuff.
- The purpose of my blog is to (hopefully) make you laugh. I don't give advice unless asked.
- In my posts, I may occasionally use terms that you may not know the definition of. Don't worry, I will clarify each term soon after I use it. I will usually introduce the definition with the phrase Side Note.
- If you are wondering what topics I will cover, I will be covering pretty much everything but politics. However, I will cover the topic of Running way more than I will cover topics like Field Hockey or Lacrosse.
- I love God. I will talk about Him in my blog. I might pull out some scriptures from the Bible.
Now on to the "good stuff"
I realize that it is a good idea to give a little background information on myself. I was born in the 20th century. When I told my little brother what year I was born in, he asked me a very important question: "Did they have electricity when you were born?" That question blessed my life. I told him "yes, there was." It would've been a lot funnier if I told him "no, no there wasn't any electricity when I was born. We lived by candlelight." I guess you can tell that my little brother was not born in the 20th century. Side Note: "blessed my life" means "made me laugh"
I have some hobbies. I like to draw and play piano. I also enjoy dancing and having conversations with people that last longer than 10 minutes (depending on the topic...I don't like talking about stamp collecting, though I'm sure it's a great hobby). I enjoy writing and daydreaming, too.
I think it would have been easier if I said that my hobbies are drawing, playing piano, dancing, talking, writing, and daydreaming. I like the way I said it before. So I'm going to keep it. I type the way I talk.
Anyway, that's pretty much all the background information that I can give you right now. You'll get to know me and a lot of the people I love as I post more things (IF I post more things. I have this ridiculous habit of starting things and never finishing them.).
Feel free to comment on my posts...and please tell a few people about my blog. Thanks for reading!
